Chef Nadarajan is a excellent carver, who created lots of design using ordinary fruits, vegetables, ice, soap, cheese, thermocol and butter. He has been awarded many times for his fantastic work from various international companies like Taj Hotel, Carnival cruise line USA, Florida culinary academy USA, D.J. Speciality cuisine Singapore, Global cruise line UK & Europe

Chef Nadarajan was graduate in S.I.H.M.C.T Trichy.  After he completed his study he joined at Taj Residency, Visakhapatnam. Later he transferred to Taj Fishermen’s Cove, Chennai. During his job period he learned all the basic technique of carvings. Then he got opportunity to work with Carnival cruise line USA as a chef-de-partie in Garde Manger. After eight years he moved to  D.J.Speciality cuisine Singapore as a culinary head chef and now he is working as Head gardemanger chef in Global cruise line UK & Europe. During his carrier, he got the chance to work with different nationality carver and he has done so many live demonstratton of all kind of carvings.

His intention is to teach his carving techniques to other a and create the world class carver.
